Compact and reliable, this viola offers vibrant seasonal colour even in cooler conditions. Its velvety, deep purple blooms show slight tonal shifts that can appear burgundy in certain light with dark whisker-like markings fanning out from a bright golden centre. Viola Sorbet XP Purple holds up well through mild frosts and performs consistently in beds, borders or containers. It's ideal for annual winter and spring displays, with good weather resilience in sheltered spots. Bees are drawn to the flowers, and the compact habit makes it easy to maintain.
