Puma Select Army Trainer Trainers Black EU 36 Man

The history of the German Army Trainer (GAT) is controversial. What is certain is that it was designed for indoor training by the German armed forces in the 1970s. The rubber sole for grip and all-leather body for comfort made this shoe ideal for indoor training exercises. Later, like manyautres pieces, the design went from military to fashion. PUMA now reissues this vintage icon from its archives, retaining the simple, timeless appeal that makes the PUMA Army Trainer such an enduring style. This version features a leather upper and suede toe yoke, true to the original.
