Pure Encapsulations Iron-C 60 caps

Pure Encapsulations Iron-C 60 Capsules is a food supplement that combines 28 mg of iron with 100 mg of vitamin C in a single vegetarian capsule. Iron contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, and the added vitamin C increases iron absorption, so both nutrients come in one daily capsule. **Key Features** - **Iron as iron bis-glycinate:** Each capsule provides 28 mg of iron, which is 200% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV), in the form of iron bis-glycinate. - **Vitamin C included:** Each capsule also provides 100 mg of vitamin C (125% NRV) from a calcium ascorbate blend. Vitamin C increases iron absorption. - **Authorised iron benefits:** Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. - **Vegetarian capsules:** The capsule shell is made from hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (a plant-based material), and a 60 capsule pack covers 60 days at one capsule a day. #
