The Q36.5 Rain Shell jacket is a raincoat designed in the spirit of early cycling vests and professional alpine raincoats. It is crafted to accomplish a singular purpose: to protect you perfectly and accompany you on every outing, thanks to its minimal weight. It is made from a completely new patented 3-layer fabric, the UF 75ShellTM. The outer layer is an extremely compact, high-density woven polyamide, while the second layer is a cutting-edge hydrophobic polyamide membrane with very high breathability (RET 4) and a waterproof rating of 15,000 mm/l. All weak points of traditional raincoat panels have been aggressively addressed: the neck area is hermetically sealed, all seams that compromise waterproofing have been relocated to the less exposed areas of the jacket and narrowed to achieve a watertight seal, the wrist cuffs are elastic for a snug fit, and easy access to the jersey pockets is ensured by two subtle openings at the back.
