HOW TO SPROUT: Soak seeds before germination. Use 1 tbsp seeds per tray or glass germinator. Soak for 6-8 hours. Rinse twice a day. Ideal germination temperature is 18-22°C. The sprouts are ready to eat after 3-5 days. Rinse thoroughly in fresh water before consumption.
