Raventós i Blanc de Nit Reserva Brut Rosat is a sparkling wine made by Raventós i Blanc, the winery was founded in 1986 and is situated in Sant Sadurní d'Anoia, the centre of the viticulture area in Alt Penedès. The climate in Alt Penedès is Mediterranean, characterised by gentle winters and warm and dry summers, where thermal variations are not very pronounced thanks to the proximity to the sea. The Raventós i Blanc vines are encountered between mountain ranges, between Sierra del Litoral in the east, Montserrat in the North and Sierra d'en Compte in the west.
