I too always thought I had to buy special pizza flour. In fact plain spelt flour mixed with ground durum semolina works just as well. Highly recommended for pros who regularly make their own pizza. For a simple, occasional pizza, ordinary baker's flour mixed with ground durum semolina is fine.
