The Reebok Deck Red is a hugely adaptable platform which doubles up as a bench with flat, decline and incline backrest positions. The backrest can be adjusted into four different positions and the platform itself is height adjustable to either 20 or 35cm so you can easily adjust the intensity of your workout. There are more than 20 different setup combinations meaning there are dozens of different exercises that can be done with this versatile piece of equipment.
