Expressive eyebrows: Oxidant 3% 10vol. Liquid The eyebrow and eyelash area frames your eyes and should always be groomed to emphasise and accentuate the expression of your eyes. An impressive colour of your brows and eyelashes is an important criterion for this.The intensive RefectoCil Oxidant 3% 10 vol. Liquid Developer has been specially developed for use with RefectoCil brow and eyelash colours. The developer delivers brilliant, long-lasting colour results and is sufficient for around 100 applications.Application: Mix 10 drops of the Oxidant 3 % 10vol. Liquid Developer with an approx. 2 cm long strip of the desired brow or eyelash colour and stir the mixture into a homogeneous, creamy paste. The paste should be applied to the lashes or brows immediately. Always follow the instructions for use for RefectoCil eyebrow and eyelash colour. Please note: You can only achieve the desired colour result in combination with the ReflectoCil colours.
