It marries a deep, rich, naturally spiced organic Shiraz with un-wooded organic Chardonnay and native pepper berry, wattle seed and native thyme followed by cinnamon, close, star anise, nutmeg, ginger, bitter orange, dried fig and dried cherry. 88gms raw organic sugar per litre.
