They have used 36Tech ™ and Zarilium ™ to maintain strength while reducing weight. This means that in the event of a crash, Fatbar36 will respond in the same way as their current Fatbar28. Since the handlebar is 36mm at the fixing point, regular 22mm or 28mm handlebar brackets won't fit.
