It is in this tropical setting that Arcane rums develop their different characters and tasting profiles within their own cellars. THE MAURITIUS FASHIONED: STEP 1: In a glass with a big ice cube, add 4cl of Arcane Extraroma STEP 2 : Add 2cl of vanilla sugar and 3 dashes of angostura bitters STEP 3: Top up with some Ginger beer, stir gently and enjoy!
