Richter Bevel Edge Chisel - 10mm

Named in honour of Narex's founder Mr. Vaclav Richter, these chisels represent the high quality of Narex’s manufacturing processes. The chisels combine unique materials, heat treatment and machining. Fine tools, made with pride and tools to be proud of. The blades are forged from Cr-V steel, and cryogenically treated to a hardness of 62 HRC. Skilled grinding and polishing to a mirror finish with very thin sides, help when working in tight spots like dovetail joints. The back of the blade ground flat o a very fine tolerance. The bevel is ground to 24°, a little light honing is all that is required before use. The handles are Ash, chosen for its strength and grain pattern. These are sanded and polished by hand for maximum comfort while working. The ferrule is stainless steel and a leather washer absorbs shocks from mallet strikes. Made in Europe by Narex.
