Its complexity and smoothness on the palate are incredible with hints of yeast, almonds, evolving to raisins, and an almost varnish like sheen. 100 Percent Palomino Fino grape variety. This fascinating wine was a fino/amontillado that started to age as an oloroso and offers characteristics from both. This has spent at least 15 years in solera.
