This here is its Gold Rum, distilled from molasses and then rested in charred American white oak barrels. Sweeter notes from the spirit balance with slightly smoky notes from the oak very nicely. Plus, just take a look at that lovely decanter. This rum won a gold medal at the 2022 SIP consumer-judged spirit awards.
