It really keeps every scent! I use it for the cat litter and I am completely satisfied. The size also fits well.

We use it as a bin for cat litter (cleaning both in between and when replacing all the litter in the litter box). Standard rubbish bags fit, which are much cheaper and easier to obtain than cassette bags for cat litter bins. No smell leaks out, which is really good. Clear recommendation from us.

No smell comes out of this trash can. I use it as a household waste bin and it's great.

Meets expectations. I was looking for a bucket to dispose of my senior dog's diapers without the whole laundry area smelling in summer. However, when I open it, the smell comes back. But for the rest of the time, it seals the smell excellently.
