Royal Canin Veterinary Diet Dog - Urinary U/C Low Purine 14 kg

Royal Canin Urinary U/C UUC 18 Low Purine Dog Food is used for management of recurrent metabolic uroliths (urate, xanthine or cystine). As a maintenance diet (particularly indicated in breeds with a high risk of metabolic uroliths, e.g. Dalmatians) and as a supportive diet for dogs with leishmaniasis undergoing treatment with xanthine oxidase inhibitors (e.g. allopurinol). Initially use for up to 6 months to reduce the formation of urate stones, for up to 1 year to reduce the formation of cystine stones and for life in cases of irreversible disturbance of uric acid metabolism. It is recommended that a veterinarianandrsquo;s opinion be sought before use or before extending the period of use.
