Royal Catering's high-performance dehydrator allows for the fast creation of healthy, dried treats in your restaurant, bar, or business. In the 26-litre dehydrating chamber, the eight removable stainless steel drying trays provide ample space to dehydrate a variety of foods simultaneously. The trays can be adjusted in height with a minimum spacing of 3 cm. The 800 W dehydrator quickly achieves the desired temperature between 20 and 90°C. Thanks to 360° hot air circulation, the heat is evenly spread throughout the dehydrator, which is also suitable for revitalising foods. You can easily set the temperature and timer (up to 24 hours) with the intuitive dials on the front of the dehydrator. With the digital displays, you always know the exact temperature and how much time is left. The chamber, housing and inserts are made of stainless steel and are therefore easy to clean and highly durable. The tempered glass front allows a view of the drying process at any time without opening the doors
