The warming tray RCHP-250E by Royal Catering gives off the exact right amount of heat to keep every dish at the right temperature. The work surface is made from high-quality stainless steel. It has a size of 50x37.5 cm to keep trays or GN-containers warm over an extended period of time. The heating element is powered by 250 watts and quickly heats the tray up to the desired temperature. The temperature ranges between 35-95°C. The shape of the heater is such that the temperature is consistently distributed over the whole surface of the tray, keeping all dishes at an even temperature. The temperature can be adjusted from 35-95°C via a rotary knob. A status light informs you as soon as the desired temperature has been reached. The integrated thermostat keeps the device at the same level of warmth. This means that you can keep each dish ready for serving
