Terrible product. It costs a lot but lasted only a few times. It stopped working after 5 months and obviously can no longer be returned. Buy it, but avoid this brand.

This tool just about works but don't be in a rush to do the job. I've used this to cut toolcase shapes out of Plastazote foam with the wire and cutting tip.
