BITTERSWEET & FRUITY APERITIF - Made with Rhubarb from Yorkshire, Rosehips, Orange & Ginger and naturally coloured with red grape skins, with nothing artificial. The perfect English aperitif for Spritzes or Negronis with a fruity bittersweet taste. ENTIRELY NATURAL INGREDIENTS - Our Sacred Rosehip Cup Aperitif was created in our micro-distillery using nothing but natural ingredients. Provides a gentle bitterness and length on the palate. VACUUM DISTILLED FOR BETTER FLAVOUR - Produced using the vacuum-distillation technique invented by our founder Ian Hart. Distilled at a lower temperature, we use less than 10% of the energy of a normal distillery. This also means the chemical composition of the flavour is not altered. PERFECT FOR SPRITZERS OR NEGRONIS - Ideal for mixing 1:3 with sparkling white wine, Champagne, fine sodas, or any cocktail requiring a fruity taste. Mix with gin and vermouth for a delicious Negroni, or with prosecco and lemonade for a Rosehip Spritz. 750ml, 18% abv. SUSTAINABLE LONDON BASED DISTILLERY - Our micro-distillery in Highgate, London saves over 120,000L of water per year, thanks to our closed-loop condenser system. We recycle used botanicals with anaerobic digestion, a great source of renewable energy. We are also eliminating single-use plastic and all our packaging is recyclable or biodegradable.
