This short-sleeved T-shirt, with 83% merino wool, wicks away moisture, dries quickly and promotes improved thermal regulation.Inspired by Mount Zebru (3,735 m) in the Ortles in the Alps and made in Italy, it is mainly composed of superfine merino wool that offers optimal moisture transfer, warmth and comfort on the skin. Salewa has enhanced polyester and merino fibres with Responsive Polyamide yarns, which are composed of a unique blend of natural thermoreactive minerals. Responsive absorbs far-infrared radiation (FIR) from the body and slowly returns it to the muscle tissue, in a similar way to how heat accumulates on the south side of a rock and then releases the energy radiated by the sun.
