Samson C03 multi-pattern condenser microphone

The Samson C03 is a multi-pattern studio large-diaphragm microphone with directional sensitivity that can easily be adjusted via a switch. The different pickup patterns are omnidirectional, super-cardioid and figure-8. In omnidirectional mode, the sound all around the mic is picked up, while the super-cardioid pattern is highly directionally sensitive, so that you can record accurately without all kinds of ambient noise getting in the way. The figure-8 pattern picks up sound along two sides, ideal for recording reverberations from a long space for a natural reverb, without picking up the reverberations from the walls. A nice, very flat and fluid frequency response delivers a precise sound reproduction.
