Subtle and clean on the nose evoking white wine notes with attractive vanilla touches accompanying golden sultana, creme brulee and a touch of pepper on the finish. A very modern take on a very old traditional brandy production method. This ageing method, called "Single Oak Cask", gives the brandy nuances that are intimately unique, refined, demanding and totally identified with modern palates. A great after dinner brandy.
