Scarpa Golden Gate Kima Rt Trail Running Shoes

The Scarpa Golden Gate Kima RT women’s shoe is designed for trail running and for runners seeking performance on technical mountain trails. Its carbon plate, sandwiched in the Active Foam, enhances the spring in the arch and reduces effort without sacrificing precision on rough terrain. The double-layer upper, combined with the Sock-Fit LW system, wraps the foot without pressure points, while the Presa TRN-03 outsole, with Supergum in the forefoot and Water Lock at the heel, delivers reliable grip on both dry and wet surfaces. With a 6 mm drop, it’s made for experienced runners looking for a precise, responsive, lightweight shoe, here in a turquoise blue and sunny lime colorway. A carbon plate to save energy on technical trails The women’s Golden Gate Kima RT was created to meet the needs of competitive runners on the most demanding mountain terrain. Its design features a 1 mm-thick 3D carbon fiber plate inserted between two layers of foam in the areas where the foot works hardest.
