LOCAL BOTANICALS - We forage Atlantic Fennel from Porth Minick, a cove a short distance from our distillery, which joins our other botanicals, strengthened to deliver this bold gin, reflective of the strength of the Atlantic. TASTING NOTES - Forward juniper, savoury herbal notes of dill and fresh fennel, closing with cedar wood. Smooth and rounded on the palate, a spicy warmth of cardamom and pepper, closing with hints of soft citrus sweetness.
