Se Busca Joven has a lighter smoke profile, which allows the rich, sweet, fruity & herbal flavours of our perfectly cooked, hand-harvested 100% Espadin agave to shine through. The result is a beautifully approachable, sweet yet complex liquid, perfect on the rocks or in a crafted cocktail. Unlike other mezcals and in true rebel fashion, our roasting methods diverge because we use indirect heat to slowly-roast the fresh picked agave allowing the flavour of the agave to not be overpowered by the smoke Se Busca signature smokiness enhances, but does not dominate the liquid.
