As a result, it includes protein, fibre, starch, as well as the vitamins and minerals contained in whole corn, and it has a yellowish tint. Corn flour has an earthy, sweet flavour that is comparable to corn. It can be used in place of or in addition to wheat flour in bread, pancakes, waffles, and pastries to give them a corn flavour. ✔ HIGH-QUALITY INGREDIENTS: Corn flour is commonly confused with cornmeal, which is a coarser crushed flour formed from corn kernels that are also created in the United States.
