Together with Seymour Duncan he developed the Slash 2.0 set that delivers "the same sound, the same clarity... but hotter" than the APH-2. With stronger winding, it offers the familiar slash sound and drives the amps with perfect balance of volume, distortion and compression. The Slash 2.0 humbuckers are handmade in Santa Barbara, just like we built its originals in the 80s, with a nickel silver base plate with long mounting legs, single core braided connection cable, maple spacers, paper tape and wax casting. We also offer them with some of our most popular modern options: short mounting legs, 4-core cable and trembucker spacing.
