HALLMARK EDINBURGH EDITION- The Edinburgh Edition represents the Traditional Hogmanay Cake 'Scotch Bun' TASTE- Smooth juniper, root ginger, and almonds with other botanicals like allspice, stem ginger in syrup, creating a beautiful intense taste PROCESS- The process starts by steeping raisins in Scotch Whisky for a few days, then other botanicals are added with the Juniper and other ingredients. Soaked for 24 hours before Distillation and only produced around 100 bottles per batch like the other Hallmark Editions OUR STORY Our passion, our distillery, gained permission from the Sheffield Assay Master to use the ‘Assay’ name & the Sheffield Assay Mark, bringing the ‘Mark of Quality’ to the brand. Our Gin & Vodka is made onsite at The Commercial Inn, Chapeltown, in a custom-built distillery in the pub’s beer garden. The expressions are slowly distilled in hand hammered Copper Pot to produce a clean product with an exquisite & unique syrupy mouthfeel.
