The Cali Home Office is a high-spec garden building to give you valuable additional work space. This is a turn-key office, painted externally and internally, fully insulated, double glazed and complete with a Herringbone effect vinyl floor, all fully installed onto your ready-prepared base. The door has a three lever lock and in the summer you can work with the double door thrown wide open to enjoy the birdsong. All windows are opening. The construction itself is as impressive as it looks. The external cladding is an engineered wood board resistant to moisture, each wood strand is individually treated with advanced binders and wax. Each panel is treated throughout with our proprietary zinc borate based process to help resist fungal decay and insect damage. The cladding sits on 70 x 44 mm framing to give a sturdy construction.
