The insoles are absolutely top and recommendable. I've already used them in my cross‑country ski boots and now also in my running shoes. They are very light, but still comfortable and stable, and they don't slip at all inside the shoe thanks to the small rubber or gel under the heel.

I ordered these inserts for the second time. I use them on my long walks in trail shoes. Especially for the heel spur, I find these inserts excellent and more comfortable to wear, like orthopaedic inserts. Even at the heel, I feel the inserts are adequately padded and still breathable.
