✔️CHARACTERISTICS: R PRO 10 is a two-component liquid addition compound (1:1) with high tear resistance. Suitable for modeling and mold-making, it is used to produce soft forms (12 ShoreA) capable of reproducing fine details and undercuts. ✔️PERFORMANCE: R PRO 10 accurately captures small details, allowing more casting cycles compared to standard compounds. The molds show no linear shrinkage. Its low viscosity ensures easy mixing and it does not require vacuum degassing. ✔️HARDNESS: Once cured, the material produces soft molds (12 ShoreA hardness), very elastic and resistant to tearing. Working time is approximately 45 minutes, curing time about 3 hours. ✔️MOLD DURABILITY: The physical life of the mold depends on use (casting materials, frequency, etc.). Casting abrasive materials such as concrete can wear the mold surface, while non-abrasive materials (such as wax) do not affect detail reproduction. ✔️NOTE: Sulfur-based modeling clay is not compatible and may inhibit the curing process of R PRO 10.
