AUTHENTIC AND MODERN PIZZA STONE: improving ceramic pizza stones, Silk Route has developed a new non-stick food-safe cordierite pizza stone with even-heat distribution and excellent heat retention. Measuring (DIMENSIONS) and 2cm thick, it is temperature resistant (800°C) and has thermal shock resistance properties to reduce risks of cracking. You can now easily become a pizza maker with Italian pizzeria level results. COMFORTABLE AND SUSTAINABLE PIZZA PADDLE: We’ve decided to source our paddle from durable and sustainable bamboo. Our peel has a long handle to avoid burns. It’s also comfortable, stylish, and more durable than cheaper aluminium peels. You can even use it as a serving platter or board. FOR ALL COOKING SCENARIOS: for outdoors or indoors, in an OVEN or on open flame such as BBQ (e.g. Weber, Rockwell), GRILL or HOB, the (dimensions) of our heat-resistant pizza stone make it a great grilling or cooking stone. The baking stones’ square shape can be used to kitchen craft pies, pastries, tortillas, quesadillas, and bread such as focaccia. Use this versatile set for batch cooking at parties or dinners or for solo treats. WARNING: taking care of your pizza stone is important. Make sure not to use soap or detergent to clean the baking stone. Let it cool off and then rinse with water. Avoid moving the stone once in use.
