FULLY TRANSPARENT COMPASS HOUSE - Arc Jet is the orienteering compass to go for when you are looking for a high-performance thumb compass with a clean, fixed capsule without distractions. The clean design provides lots of transparency and increases the map visibility. REMOVABLE THUMB PLATE & 2 DIFFERENT THUMB BANDS - The thumb baseplate has a unique design with a cut-out to provide perfect contact between thumb and map, and an attachable thumb plate for those who prefer the more classic thumb grip. The thumb bands are easy to adjust and comes in two versions, a soft and a firm band SCALE STICKERS INCLUDED - If you want to add map scales on to your compass in order to easily measure distances on the orienteering map - simply attach one of the included scale stickers on the baseplate. The Arc Jet S compass comes with four different scales; 1:15 k, 1:10 k, 1:7.5 k or 1:4. DIFFERENCE BETWEEN THE MODELS - The Arc Jet and Arc Jet S are both designed for adult runners. The only difference is that the Arc Jet has a fully transparent compass housing without markings. The Arc Jet C S is designed for smaller hands; apart from that, it shares the same characteristics as the Arc Jet S.
