VERY STRONG BONDING ADHESIVE - our easy to use 2-component Polyester Resin to be used in combination with fibreglass mat or fibreglass fleece to fill deeper damage like holes in surfaces of steel, aluminium, wood, concrete and polyester with excellent adhesion. Smear the edges of the hole to be filled with Polyester Resin and allow the fibreglass mat which will be covering the hole to bond with the resin. Then apply the fibreglass fleece and smear with Polyester Resin. Depending on the damage, this procedure can be repeated. FORM OBJECTS - with its elastic texture, this great value resin is suitable for creating objects for which a mould is required in combination with fibreglass mat or fibreglass fleece. It can only be mechanically sanded after 40 minutes. After sanding, you can apply our Fine Putty if desired for a smoother finish. POT LIFE - our Polyester Resin once mixed with the hardener has a pot life (working time) of 6 to 8 minutes at an ideal processing temperature of 15°C to 25°C. The drying time depends on the ambient temperature. RE-SPRAYABLE - Polyester Resin is re-sprayable with all lacquer systems as most paints can be applied after 60 minutes curing time. We’d recommend applying a coat of primer first before painting. It is then resistant to chemicals and weather influences.
