COMPLETE REPAIR SET - our easy to use Polyester Repair Set comprises a 2-component polyester resin to be used in combination with the enclosed fibreglass mat and fibreglass fleece to fill deeper damage like holes in surfaces of steel, aluminium, wood, concrete and polyester with excellent adhesion. FORM OBJECTS - with its elastic texture, this great value resin is suitable for creating objects for which a mould is required in combination with fibreglass mat or fibreglass fleece. It can only be mechanically sanded after 40 minutes. After sanding, you can apply our Fine Putty if desired for a smoother finish. QUICK CURING TIME - the polyester resin once mixed with the hardener has a pot life (working time) of 6 to 8 minutes at an ideal processing temperature of 15°C to 25°C. The final cure time depends on the ambient temperature. RE-SPRAYABLE - our Polyester Repair Set is re-sprayable with all lacquer systems as most paints can be applied after 60 minutes curing time. We’d recommend applying a coat of primer first before painting. It is then resistant to chemicals and weather influences.
