Black Diamond Couloir Harness

The Black Diamond Couloir harness is a technical harness designed for mountaineering and ski touring: steep snow couloirs, crevassed glacial terrain, and intermediate-level routes. Its single-strand Dynex webbing with variable width is breathable and low-profile, making it very lightweight and compressible enough to pack down to the size of an orange in your pack or jacket pocket. The quick-release buckle at the waist and easy-to-step-into leg loops let you adjust or remove it while wearing skis or crampons, while the Infinity belay loop simplifies belaying. Two webbing gear loops and four loops for Ice Clipper ice screw holders complete the setup. A harness that packs down to the size of an orange for couloirs and glaciers In the mountains, every gram counts-and so does every inch of pack space. The Couloir is built around this principle: redesigned with single-strand Dynex webbing of variable width, it offers a slim, breathable, low-profile construction that stays out of the way
