Renovate your patios in style with this 5L Block Magic by SmartSeal. This red-coloured Block Magic is a coloured block paving sealer which will either change or restore the colour of your block paving. It comprises a blend of acrylic resins and liquid pigments, which soak deep into paving, completely renovating and providing protection to block paving patios and driveways. This product goes a long way with an impressive coverage of 3m2 per litre. Apply one coat using a brush or roller, allow it to dry, re-sand the joints, and then apply a sure-to-please second coat of the sealer. Follow the application guidelines for the best results- first, ensure paving is pressure washed to remove all surface debris and 'muck' from joints. Second, leave the paving to dry for 3-4 clear & dry days. Then apply one coat of Block Magic with Roller, and if you're changing the colour, you may need to apply two coats.
