Solgar Alpha-Lipoic Acid 120 mg Vegetable Capsules, 60

Solgar Alpha-Lipoic Acid 120mg is a food supplement supplying 120 mg of alpha-lipoic acid, a fatty acid the body produces naturally in only limited amounts, in a vegetable capsule taken once or twice a day. Alpha-lipoic acid is unusual among antioxidants for dissolving in both water and fat-based tissues, which is why it is often taken alongside vitamin C and vitamin E. **Key Features** - **120 mg per capsule:** a higher-strength dose that sits within Solgar's suggested 1-2 capsules a day, so the full daily amount can be taken from a single capsule if preferred. - **Up to two months' supply:** 60 capsules provide between 30 and 60 days' supply, depending on whether one or two capsules are taken daily. - **Dissolves in water and fat:** alpha-lipoic acid is unusual among antioxidants for being soluble in both water and fat-based tissues. - **Vegetable capsule, vegan and Kosher:** suitable for vegans, vegetarians and Kosher diets. ### Can I take this if I have diabetes or blood sugar conc
