Established in 2008, it is also only the third legal pot still distillery ever built in Sweden.Dubhe is named after the second brightest star in the Big Dipper, and is the first of 7 limited edition whiskies they plan to release over the next 7 years. Maturation takes place in American, Spanish and French oak, no chill filtration takes place and each product is bottled by hand, numbered and signed.
