The SRAM XX T-Type Eagle AXS 52D 12V radically changes the relationship between the cassette and the front derailleur. Designed as integrated and interdependent drivetrain components, the T-Type front derailleur mounts around the wheel axle itself and comes into direct contact with the cassette via a first-of-its-kind hangerless interface. Its innovative Full Mount attachment method creates a much stronger connection and grips both sides of the frame. The new drivetrain front derailleurs feature the same intuitive Pairing and setup procedure as our Eagle AXS front derailleurs. A tucked profile houses replaceable skid plates that improve reliability in high-pressure racing environments. To increase its performance, the lower pulley called Magic Wheel continues to rotate if an object gets stuck. In addition, the XX Eagle Transmission front derailleur incorporates an overload clutch, accommodates regular maintenance and has features that real-world cyclists really appreciate.
