By directing water exactly where it is needed at the plant roots, it helps minimise run off, evaporation and wind drift when compared with conventional watering methods such as sprinklers, watering cans or hose pipes. Supplied as a complete kit, it includes the components required to set up a micro-irrigation system, with tap connectors, ground spikes and drip emitters, plus a generous 10 metre length of tubing.
