Stagg Violin Outfit 1/2

Stagg's VN 1/2 children's violin is ideal for players around 8 years of age who have an arm length of approximately 53 cm. The arm length should be measured from the centre of the palm to the neck, right below the chin. The hand should be able to comfortably curl around the scroll, with the fingers pointed towards the face and the elbow only slightly curved. When in doubt, always go with a smaller size. Be aware that a so-called 1/2-size violin is not half the size of a full-size model; the difference is much more subtle. This affordable violin is made of maple and has a spruce top. It comes complete with a soft case and a bow and is an excellent choice for young learners.
