Steak Lorne Sausage Mix - 500g

Traditional lorne sausage seasoning - rich steak flavour with a hint of spice. Use 500g mix per 4kg minced meat, includes rusk. This pack will make 5kg of sausages. Use with beef, chicken, pork, lamb or alternative! Simply add this seasoning to minced meat & water. No need to fill into a skin, this sausage is traditionally shaped as a square slice. The colder the meat and water, the better the appearance and life of the sausage. Leave sausage meat in the fridge overnight to allow the herbs and spices to marinade with the meat. Shape using a lorne tin and slice.
