Stihl - File Holder, 2 in 1, for Chainsaws, Diameter 5.2 mm

A top product for sharpening chainsaws. My father and I only use this file holder now, because it is very easy to handle.

The file holder is great, I received it today and tried it out immediately. Every start is difficult, but once you get the hang of it it works wonderfully. I will buy replacement files, so you always have spares and the chains stay sharp.

The function itself is very good, unfortunately the round files become dull after four sharpening passes. I’ve ordered replacement files from “Pferd” now, let’s see if they’re better.

Perfect combination when paired with a good grinding machine, as the sharpening tool also removes the depth gauge. Without it I can’t cut with the pine mop anymore....
