Without mechanical agitation, it eliminates grime, green growth, algae and lichen from your roofing. This roof cleaner is acid-free, unlike other products that work on the roofing with lots of power or pro formulas with corrosive acids that can etch and damage the concrete or natural stone surface. How To Apply: Remove any loose debris from the work area, and ensure you have adequate safety wear, i.e. gloves, suitable protective eyewear, face mask and clothing. It is to be used neat or diluted up to 1:4 with clean water - always perform a small test area to determine a suitable dilution rate and dwell time. Carefully transfer the cleaning fluid from the bottle to a sprayer or watering can. If these containers are not available, then cleaning fluid can be used directly from the bucket. The cleaning fluid needs to be left on the surface for at least one hour.
