Stormdry Masonry Protection Cream is a BBA-certified silicone cream that penetrates deep into masonry to provide long-lasting water repellency. Applied in a single coat, it helps improve energy efficiency by reducing heat loss through damp walls. Once cured, it forms a breathable, colourless finish that lasts for over 25 years.Stormdry is designed for porous substrates including clay brick, mortar, sandstone & concrete blocks. It penetrates up to 12 mm into Fletton brick, creating a barrier that resists rain penetration while allowing moisture vapour to escape.Apply by brush, roller or airless spray to dry, unsealed masonry. A litre covers up to 5 m² depending on porosity. Avoid application in wet conditions or when temperatures are forecast to drop below 5 °C. Surfaces must be clean & biological growth removed beforehand. Compatible cracks up to 0.3 mm will self-seal under treatment.
