TRIPLE CASK MATURED, SHERRY-FORWARD - Married from ex-Bourbon, Virgin Oak and ex-Sherry Oak casks, with a greater emphasis on Sherry cask influence in Batch 03 for a richer, deeper, more traditional Highland character than the previous release. RICH SHERRIED CHARACTER - A richly sherried nose of toasted malt and barley sugar, laced with dark honey and warming spice. A palate of buttery biscuit sweetness layered with chocolate and toffee. A long, satisfying finish of oak, cocoa and soft leather. SCOTLAND'S SMALLEST DISTILLERY - Hand-crafted by a team of just three distillers using rare Maris Otter barley - the "Rolls Royce" of heritage grains - for an exceptionally creamy, malty spirit. One production shift yields a single cask.
