I like the feeder but it doesn’t close fast enough other cats can come in and steal. Once another cat gets their head in the sensor while it’s open the door then will not close. So it isn’t great if you have a second cat that’s food aggressive and will just shove himself in

It worked really well for about 7 months and my cat learned how to use it quickly, however it suddenly stopped opening. You can hear the motor running but nothing actually opens when my cat walks up. It is a very expensive product to break in less than a year.

With 3 cats that eat different foods this couldn’t be handier…no more monitoring who’s eating what Super and fast technical support.
